Our Savannah Team
Julian Mathis is the Vice President for Savannah Staffing and has over 16 years of experience in the staffing and recruiting industry. Julian’s responsibilities at Savannah Staffing include managing operations, key accounts and business development. Prior to Savannah Staffing Julian was known in the industry as a start- up expert and is especially skilled with managing large, high volume accounts.
Julian has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Georgia State University in Atlanta and is an avid collector of antique books and maps.
Lane McCulley is the Payroll Coordinator at Savannah Staffing. She also provides support for our staffing efforts, social media advertising and general administrative functions. If you are a customer or employee of Savannah Staffing, it is very likely that you will interact with Lane at some point along the way.
Lane was born and raised in Savannah and spent most of her childhood living in Savannah and Statesboro. After spending 7 years in Middle Georgia, Lane moved back to Savannah with her husband and 2 children. Lane received her BBA – Management from Macon State College
Brittany Pinckney is the Recruiting Coordinator at Savannah Staffing and provides staffing support for many of Savannah Staffing’s key accounts. She is an intricate part of the recruiting process, collaborating with hiring managers, identifying talent, conducting interviews and managing the candidate throughout the hiring process.
Brittany is currently pursuing her degree in Business Administration at the University of South Carolina Beaufort where she will graduate May 2018 with a Bachelor’s degree. When she is not working, you can find her at a beach or the park with her German Shepherd, Raven.
Mark Hyman is the President of Savannah Staffing and The River Group. He has 25 years of corporate human resources management and executive search experience. For 9 years Mark was the Division VP for one of the prominent recruiting firms in the southeast. He developed a client following that is still with him today. His love of the Recruiting and Staffing industry and dedication to “servicing the customer” has driven his desire to be the founder of 3 Staffing Firms – The Mark Hyman Group, The River Group and Savannah Staffing.
Mark’s functional knowledge spans the corporate structure, with particular expertise in organizational change, training, human resources and sales and marketing.
